Spider cob web is a potential source of contamination. The treatment as designed to
Manage Spider infestation with an integrated approach of sanitation and chemical pesticides.
Chemical emulsion would be sprayed at all corners, ceiling and infesting sites at roof. Cob webs
need to be cleaned before spraying with pesticides. Sensitive equipment like processing, packaging
machines etc would be covered with polythene sheets to prevent contamination. Exclusion techniques
and proofing measures would be recommended to reduce infestation.
